Siloam Mission OAT Program
432 Health Group has partnered with Siloam Mission to provide low barrier access to onsite OAT Program services for those members of Winnipeg’s homeless & inner-city community who suffer from opioid addiction.
This partnership OAT Program is run out of the Saul Sair Health Centre, which is located within Siloam Mission.

Services Offered
Opioid and opiate addiction assessment and treatment
New patient intakes are welcome.
Methadone, Suboxone, and Sublocade.
On-site Counselling
On-site daily witnessed ingestion of OAT medications
By a health care professional 7 days per week.
